EXERCISE AND FITNESS GUIDE

Being fit and healthy is something very important. In order to stay lean and fit a regular exercise schedule is very essential. The exercise is not only done in the gym or on fitness equipments. There are many other ways to stay fit like you can do all your house chores by yourself. You can also walk to the nearby store rather than taking a car. While you talk on the phone you can keep walking or standing and not sit down. Take stairs instead of the escalator as stairs will give you a nice exercise. Dancing is also one of many ways to remain fit and also you can learn something new.
