Sports- The perfect fitness exercise

Children often look exhausted when they come back from their sports session. Play is hard work as it exhausts the mind and body, playing an important role in keeping them productive. Sports require coordination of the mind and body and various tactical skills. It stretches the body muscles and keeps them fit.

It is a common tendency to give up sporting activities as one turns older. They feel that their responsibilities increase and they do not have time for sports. Most adults feel that they have passed the stage where they enjoy a play session. This is a wrong notion as sports are the perfect exercise to the mind and body and is the key to the perfect fitness.
