The Balanced Work-out

Spending hours at the gym one day and staying in bed with pain for the next week does not help the cause of fitness. It is imperative to have a fixed work out schedule. One should start with a small regime and let the body get used to the regimes. Then you can stretch your limits and tone your body slowly. There is no easy way to a fit body and steroid or glucose infusions are a temporary help which may cause devastating effects later on in life. The perfect mix of muscle toning and cardio-vascular exercises is a must for a perfectly healthy body.
