Cardio exercises

Exercise and fitness are two terms that go hand in hand. There are people who swear by their exercise regimen.
Exercise is important not only for aesthetic reasons, but it is also important to stay in shape for other reasons. Cardio routines keep the heart pumping properly. There are a lot of cardio exercises. These essentially increase heart activity to ensure that it is able to function properly. The most common and arguably, effective, cardio is running. Besides keeping the heart strong, it also develops the leg and thigh muscles, and helps in burning a serious amount of calories. Another good cardio exercise is bicycling.
