A Hearty Exercise

Cardio vascular workouts are mandatory for athletes. The most important aspect of fitness for athletes is their heart. The heart has to be accustomed to pump more blood into the lungs for proper exercise. Be it any form of outdoor sport, the lungs and heart must be first toner. Hence there are various breathing exercises to be done before any outdoor sport. There are many types of cardio vascular exercises advised by trainers. At first the exercises need to be started lightly as too much strain on your heart at first go can be very hazardous. Slowly the level of exercises needs to be increased with the increased oxygen demand of your body during exercise.
