Exercising regularly is very essential for staying healthy.Active people generally live longer and lead a healthier life.Exercises also helps us in maintaining a healthy weight.It can prevent a person from diseases like diabetes,heart problems and cancer also.An adult needs an exercise routine of atleast thirty minutes of physical activity for a minimum of five days in a week.Exercises can be of different types such as a walk,moving on the lawn,swimming ,dancing and cycling also.
People also take up things like Yoga and Gym for keeping themselves fit ,but one thing is very important that one should do yoga or gym under a proper instructor.For all these various reasons it can be said that Exercise and fitness focus occupies an important position in a person’s life.
